Job Description
Back-End J2EE Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend platform. The developer should be able to design, develop, and deliver java based technology solutions using proper, effective, and efficient software architecture to achieve performance, quality, flexibility, and reliability across the different modules and sub-systems. Therefore, The Back-End J2EE Developer should be able to code, translate, and implement modules, systems, and complex technologies to meet business and market requirements.
Skills:
Spring core, Spring MVC, Spring REST, Spring Batch, Hibernate, MySQL RDBMS, familiar with NoSQL DB concepts
All candidates should:
- Have proven experience in their field of work and the job they are applying for
- Have a proven record is delivering full functional and commercial products to clients and consumers.
- Have experience in real life business solutions and platforms (University projects and freelancing is not enough)
- Show Creativity, responsibility, agility, enthusiasm, positivity and “can do” attitude
- Have entrepreneurial spirit and focus on delivering value to users
- Be excellent in problem solving and providing technical solutions, with proven records
- Have good organizational skills and can work under pressure in a deadline driven environment
- Be able to communicate problems, solutions, and requirements to all project stakeholders
- Find solutions and develop software following business rules and functional requirements
- Be ready to travel for workshops, seminars, training, events…etc
