They are looking for a BA with strong international firm experience to be Responsible for liaising between the ITD and business units with the objective of identifying business requirements and ensuring the implementation of project outcomes are on schedule and in line with user requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversees the identification of user requirements and determine information system plans by establishing possible interactions between different existing and future systems. Advises users on all aspects of information technology, and identifies opportunities for its application, its scope and the broad system requirements
- Investigates and models medium business functions, processes, information flows and data structures using methodical and consistent techniques
- Oversees the definition, planning and justification (in business terms) of projects to develop/implement automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes
- Advises users on possible solutions for a particular problem/need, related costs and feasibility of such solutions. Oversees the establishment, negotiation, maintenance and promotion of service level agreements with business lines, as required
- Leads the investigation of medium operational requirements and problems, seeking effective business solutions through improvements to information systems, data management, processes/ procedures, organization and equipment
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in IT system analysis/ design required
- Experience required in identifying user needs and developing business cases preferably in a financial institution
