They are looking for a Project Quality Service Manager with strong international firm experience to be responsible for Determining the appropriate frameworks and processes for the establishment of quality standards and operational procedures, evaluating and advising on the required control mechanisms to monitor adherence to quality assurance and operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manages the activities and resources required to meet the objectives set for project quality assurance
- Oversees the development of a communication plan that is appropriate to the culture, politics, organizational constraints, and complexity of the program
- Maintains and develops the methodology and its integration with the EPM tool, and works with the Head of ITPS to implement any changes and modifications to the process
- Assesses the suitability of external suppliers’ project methodologies, and the integration of these with the internal methodology approach
- Provides quality assurance reviews to large or complex development projects, ensuring adherence to standards
- Identifies project risks including areas critical to the continuity of the organization's business
- Sets criteria for the measurement and audit of quality assurance standards and daily operations, and provides assistance in the execution of audits and feedback sessions to project managers
- Ensures a knowledge base is developed detailing all services available to clients/users, and works with client/user representatives to determine service level requirements. Also advises on the use of sampling techniques, where appropriate, and statistical analysis to monitor activities which are subject to SLA, such as response times to service requests
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- At least 7 years of experience
- Experience required in IT operations, PQSC role
- Certificate in Project Management.
- IT Quality Assurance certification (e.g. ISO Quality Assessor)
- Desirable: Change management, and quality assurance experience in a professional services firm desirable
