- Participate in the information architecture process of every website

- Liaise with all the brand teams to collect raw content and with writers & editors make this raw content web-ready
- Own the quality of the content that goes up on each of these websites.
- Participate in the designing of the content management system used uploading content.
- Own the content process and quality for our corporate blog.
- Participate in the definition of the social media strategy for the company and then build the team and processes to make that a reality.

Software Development Engineer in Test - Microsoft - Ireland

The Irish branch of Microsoft Interactive Entertainment Business (IEB) R&D team is looking for an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer in Test with strong experience in digital television (broadcast TV, IPTV, Internet TV) and a proven track record in bringing consumer products to market at high quality. Solid experience and deep passion for product quality and product testing is a must have. A strong technical and technological background in Television and Internet standards and protocols as well as strong coding skills are critical to the role. The successful candidate must also have excellent communication skills and a track record of working in an international multi-site engineering environment.

As a successful candidate, you will own critical parts of the test strategy and execution for IEB next generation of television products. Ownership will be demonstrated through vision, leadership as well as technical execution and coding. As a development engineer in test, your role is to design testing strategies, plan and develop the associated tools, execute, analyze and ultimately drive the product quality upwards. Your experience in testing consumer products will play a critical role in analyzing bug patterns and devising test plans that best fit the product scope and business goals.

You will collaborate with different teams an disciplines on broader test initiatives as part of the IEB TV business. You will need to demonstrate technical and people leadership both locally within the Irish team and globally as part of the broader IEB organization. This leadership is critical for your role in driving quality upwards not only in the part of the product you will own but across teams, disciplines. Abilities in identifying new testing processes and approaches as well as being an influential team player are key to the role.

- 10+ years of experience in software design and development in C++ and C# programming
